Preserves historical listing/payment evidence while adding explicit manifest observations and distinct UTC failure-day accounting. Adds a durable bounded daily demotion budget, fair five-address scheduling, and fail-closed malformed RPC handling. Synchronization now verifies an immutable publication handoff and a complete revision-bound receipt; sync-only retries do not recrawl. Includes regression tests for approved removals, same-day replay, partial RPC results, response deadlines and incomplete reconciliation. Independent component review complete. Hold merge until compatible AIR reader/database deployment and rollout checks are verified.
