CI's ruff lint gate was failing on
devand every open PR.ruff==0.15.7(last known-good version) inscripts/requirements-dev.txt.Motivation
Unblock CI for
devand all open PRs, which are currently failing the ruff gate for the same environment-drift reason regardless of branch content.
