This adds
SourceMap, which is actually a wrapper aroundidsandpathsinside the driver (see #327 (comment)).It also stores and exposes
ModuleRegistryand the built program inTemplateProgram.Motivation: It mainly exposes things for the LSP to access the parser program and the needed indexes to resolve
file_idfor functions.
