Closes #1621. This PR introduces a graceful fallback for Redis cache ( and ). When the Redis cache node is down, the connection errors are suppressed and cache operations return or instead of causing a 500 Internal Server Error. This guarantees that the site and its embedded viewers remain available even if the cache backend becomes unreachable.
