Added a color picker to the layer inspector. This changes the layer's coloration in the timeline, allowing for better organisation.
The opacity input currently does nothing, since the color picker renders an input next to the picker. Text also recolors depending on the warmth of the color, but it's imperfect at best and mostly just an eyesore, but I added it since it's better than the alternative. An inactive layer doesn't render in full color, but it's toned down a bit with the original inactive shade (since you can set the layer color to neon colors that make your eyes hurt). This also makes the timeline a pleasantly subtle arrangement of different colors. (By the way, some commits are from the readme update pull, sorry)
