  • Add \ operation with honest scope (not US Core/IPS conformance - neither has a published FHIR R5 version)
  • Add local LOINC terminology table for vital signs
  • Add SMART App Launch discovery (.well-known/smart-configuration, oauth-uris)
  • Add fhirUser/launch-context patient propagation and compartment enforcement
  • Add Bulk Data \ (kickoff/poll/download), in-process, documented boundary
  • 97/97 tests passing
