"Verified" badge stays after the email is edited on Google sign-up

What: On "Create your CivicDataSpace account" (IdpReviewUserProfile.tsx) the email is an editable input, and the "Verified" badge stays when it is changed to another address.
Why it matters: An unverified email is shown as verified. The design shows the email read-only.
Fix: not fixed — make the field read-only, or hide the badge once the value changes.

Repro (Review Profile = on): Continue with Google as a new user → "Create your CivicDataSpace account" → change the Email field to another address.

Observed: .civic-verified-badge still visible ("Verified") next to the edited address; field is an editable input.
Expected (design): email shown read-only with the Verified tag.
