- Filtered Database->get_servers() to take 'include_deleted' and changed to skip DELETEd servers.
- Updated Get->host_name_from_uuid() to take the parameter 'short' and return the short hostname.
- Fixed a bug where the hosts hash key could be cleared while loading DRBD data.
