Send Notifications for blog revisions

Currently the admin needs to go to the edit page of the blog they want to approve/reject change requests for, add a feature to send notification to all/targetted admins regarding change requests on the blogs and notifying the authors about the approval/rejection from admins.

Also, notify the authors if an admin roll back the blog to a previous history.
