The Router pricing page said "Not published" for every model you can run through Pika. That reads as "we don't know what this costs," which isn't good enough for something people pay for. This PR adds Pika's real prices to the page. It also adds a CI check, so a published model can't quietly show "Not published" again.

The only exception is a model Router can't actually run yet. Those go on a short list, and each entry has to say why, with proof from the cloud code. While checking the old gaps, this PR also priced four more live models, using what Router actually charges for them. Three live models still have no price anyone can point to. The check stays red on those three on purpose, until someone adds their prices.

Description

Pika prices. Every Pika row on development/comfy-router/pricing.mdx showed "Not published": the Pika legs of GPT Image 2 (openai/gpt-image-2), Nano Banana 2 (vertexai/gemini-3.1-flash-image), Nano Banana Pro (vertexai/gemini-3-pro-image) and Dreamina Seedance 2.0 (byteplus/dreamina-seedance-2-0-260128), plus Pika 2.5 Text To Video and Image To Video. Nothing had ever added Pika rows to router-pricing/metronome-rates.json.

Router bills Pika at 1.00x of Pika's settled vendor charge (cloud services/comfy-api/scripts/metronome/pika/: the metric is sum(cost), the rate rows are 100 cents per USD of cost, effective 2026-10-10T16:00Z on the prod card). So Pika's published list price is the customer price.

This PR adds a new supplemental_sources entry, "Pika Business API catalog" (https://api.dev.pika.art/catalog/apis, read 2026-10-12, with the response body's sha256). Each row is transcribed from that catalog's display_pricing, for the endpoint the Router leg actually calls (cloud services/comfy-api/server/middleware/pika.go). Every leg calls a text-to-image or text-to-video endpoint. Credits = USD x 211.

Left out on purpose, because the Router legs never call those endpoints and so are never billed them:

the catalog's edit (image-to-image) prices
the cached-input price on the base Gemini APIs
the cheaper Seedance reference-to-video "with-video-input" tier

Guard. bun run router-pricing:check runs in code-pages-check.yml. It now also fails when:

A model or serving-provider leg listed on the page would render "Not published" and has no entry in the new router-pricing/unpriced-waivers.json. The message names the model id and the provider, and says to add rates to router-pricing/metronome-rates.json.
A waiver's status is anything other than embargoed or catalog_only_not_dispatchable. A route Router actually dispatches (live) can never be waived. It has to get a price.
A waiver has an empty reason or empty evidence, is a duplicate, or is stale (its route is now priced or no longer listed). This means the waiver list can only shrink.

router-pricing:gen still writes the page, but prints the same errors. code-pages-check.yml's path filter now covers router-pricing/**, so a PR that only edits waivers still runs the check.

Status of every route that showed "Not published" before this PR (apart from the Pika routes above). I checked each one against Comfy-Org/cloud origin/main @ d6d7eca65a:

Embargo: embargoed_models is {} in infrastructure/dynamicconfig/prod/comfy-api.json:3, and that file sets no Router eligibility valve. The file is what the release-dynamic-config GitOps pipeline pushes, so none of these routes is embargoed.
Dispatchability: a route is dispatchable when the operation in its serving declaration (services/comfy-api/serving/catalog/models/<id>.go) has a row in services/comfy-api/routerresult/classification.go.

Price basis. The page shows what Router bills.

A model served by its own provider (the Comfy leg) shares one meter with /proxy/* (cloud docs/systems/03-billing-payments.md:332-353). Its published price is therefore the cloud rate-card row for that model, and for xAI video it is the Router quote table. Each of the four live Comfy-leg routes priced here cites its cloud file and lines in the table above, the same way the existing Comfy-leg rows are sourced.
Alternate-provider legs such as Pika are billed at the vendor's own charge, so their published price is the vendor's catalog price.

Generator tweaks:

A pika: "Pika" provider label.
A "Duration" header for resolution matrices whose option is a clip length.
A "Very low" quality label.
Multi-price image models in the image table now show amounts per generation.

None of these changes any existing row on the page.

Heads-up for the spec sync bot. Cloud's spec sync PRs (author comfy-pr-bot, branch chore/sync-comfy-api-v2-spec) add router-schemas/** and model pages. With this guard, a sync PR goes red when it ships a new dispatchable model or provider leg without a price in metronome-rates.json. That is intended. Whoever lands it adds the rates, either in the same PR or in a follow-up.

Localized pages. The ja, zh and ko pricing pages are rendered deterministically by the same generator (translate-router-pricing.ts calls no translation API). bun run router-pricing:gen regenerated them locally, and they are committed here.

Testing

bun test ./.github/scripts/snippets/: 132 pass, 0 fail (after merging origin/main).
- The new Router pricing coverage guard tests cover:
  - an unwaived unpriced route fails and names the model, the provider and the fix
  - a waived route passes
  - a waiver covers only its own provider leg
  - an empty or missing reason fails
  - empty or missing evidence fails
  - a live or unknown status fails; embargoed passes
  - a stale waiver fails
  - a duplicate waiver fails
  - a null, primitive or array waiver entry is reported as an error, not thrown
  - findUnpricedRoutes maps owner and alternate legs
  - every checked-in waiver is current, reasoned and non-live
  - no Pika route is unpriced or waived
- The snapshot rate-count assertions are raised for the 27 new rows (649 total, 618 non-usage).
bun run router-pricing:check: exits 1 on purpose. It names bria/structured-instruction, moonvalley/text-to-image and moonvalley/video-to-video-resize (all provider Comfy). The page itself is fresh: bun .github/scripts/i18n/translate-router-pricing.ts --check re-renders English and ja/zh/ko, and every page matches. The code-pages CI job will stay red until those three routes have prices.
bun run code-pages:check: 214 code pages fresh (28 curated, 186 derived).
No sync-owned paths are touched.
