What does this PR do? What is the motivation?
Public docs with instructions for configuring Serverless apps with OTLP were recently created, but they're nested within the OTLP ingest endpoint documentation and consequently difficult to find. This adds to the
Further Readingsection of our serverless docs for each workload to link out to their respective OTLP tab.https://datadoghq.atlassian.net/browse/SVLS-9618
