Production integrations · Process automation · Legacy modernization · Reliable systems
I design, integrate and operate production systems that connect applications, data, infrastructure and business processes.
My work spans the full path from an ambiguous operational need to architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring and incident resolution. I combine hands-on Python/PHP engineering with Linux/Docker operations and the commercial perspective developed through nearly nine years of e-commerce ownership.
I turn fragmented processes and legacy systems into reliable production integrations—and stay responsible for what happens after deployment.
| Integrate | Operate | Modernize |
|---|---|---|
| REST APIs and webhooks | Linux and Docker | Legacy PHP applications |
| SQL and data mapping | Production troubleshooting | Python process automation |
| External platforms | Logging and monitoring | Containerized deployments |
| Systems without public APIs | Backups and reliability | Controlled AI workflows |
- Translating unclear business requirements into practical technical solutions
- Building integrations across APIs, databases, files and external platforms
- Diagnosing failures across application, container, database, network and operating-system layers
- Designing for validation, retries, idempotency, auditability and operational recovery
- Evaluating technical decisions through cost, risk and measurable business outcomes
- Owning delivery end to end—from discovery to stable production operation
I have delivered customer and e-commerce integrations, automated data workflows, and custom business tools across Python, Django, PHP, JavaScript, SQL and Docker.
Selected private work is presented only as anonymized engineering evidence:
- Multi-platform product catalog synchronization with modular adapters and taxonomy mapping
- Retail loyalty integration combining an external API, application state, administration tools and digital-wallet passes
- Public-record extraction with browser automation, structured CSV export and data checks
- A CMS-embedded business calculator spanning PHP integration and a compiled JavaScript/SCSS interface
Repository names, source code, clients, vendors and confidential implementation details remain private.
1st place in the DragonSwap bounty. A working product delivered under hackathon constraints, demonstrating rapid problem framing, technical decision-making and team execution.
3rd place. An innovation-for-good project delivered with the Warsaw Moss team and recognized at HumanTech Hack 2024.

I am extending my integration and production background toward reliable cloud platforms and controlled AI automation:
Python / FastAPI / PostgreSQL
Queues / retries / idempotency
AWS / Terraform / Kubernetes
Observability / tracing / alerting
LLM APIs / evaluations / human approval / audit logs
The goal is not to build another chatbot. It is to safely introduce AI into real business processes, connect it to existing systems, measure its quality and operate it reliably in production.
Discover → Design → Deliver → Operate → Improve
- Reliability is part of the architecture, not a task added before launch.
- Integration work includes failure paths, reconciliation and recovery.
- Automation should reduce operational risk, not hide it.
- Technology is valuable when it improves the business outcome.
- Production ownership continues after the deployment succeeds.
