Rebuilds the package icons from the brand mark (
site/public/favicon-dark.png): white tile with the#050505letter inside the 120×120 safe area, a spec-valid white-on-transparent outline icon, and thecolor32x32slot. Adds per-size Outlook ribbon assets so the ribbon no longer shares the outline icon.Stacked on #931.
