PROPOSAL:

Tests

Setup:

• Sign in as User A (report owner/submitter). Have a User B on the same workspace (an admin or approver) for the non-owner checks.

Test 1:

1. As User A, open a chat and create an expense (Submit an expense) so a money request report + report preview appears in the chat.
2. Right-click (web) or long-press (mWeb/native) the report preview action (and separately, an individual IOU expense action).
3. Verify Delete appears in the context menu while the report is Open/Processing and User A is the owner.
4. Delete it and verify it's removed.
5. As User B (non-owner), open the same chat, long-press the report preview action → verify Delete does not appear.

Test 2:

1. As User A, open the expense report (the money request report).
2. Open the header More (secondary actions) menu.
3. Verify Delete is listed for an Open/Processing report you own, and confirm deleting works.
4. Verify Delete is hidden when it shouldn't apply (e.g., a settled/approved report, or when viewing as a non-owner User B).

Use the passed account ID for action ownership

When the context menu is opened for an individual money-request action, callers now pass currentUserAccountID, but this branch still derives ownership from the module-level deprecatedCurrentUserAccountID. In the stale/unset session-cache scenario this migration is meant to remove, owners can lose the Delete option for individual expense actions even though the report-preview path uses the new parameter.
