Bump symfony/framework-bundle, symfony/form, symfony/translation constraints from ^5.4|^6.4 to ^6.4|^7.4
Fix Request::get() usage in Util/Datatable.php and Util/Factory/Query/DoctrineBuilder.php — deprecated specifically in Symfony 7.4, replaced with a helper that reproduces the same attributes→query→request(POST) lookup so behavior is unchanged
