Phase 1 of the Commercial Organization restructure. - Rebrand the section title and left-nav group to "Commercial Organization" (URLs stay under /handbook/sales/). - Merge the old "Sales department" index and the in-progress org/index.md into a single section overview: purpose, the five functions, org structure, functional alignment, regional coverage, how-we-work, and tech stack. - Flatten the org/ folder to match handbook conventions (standalone pages are flat .md; subfolders are reserved for multi-page clusters): - org/account-executives/index.md -> sales-team.md (retitled "Sales") - remove org/index.md (folded into the section index) - Add 301 redirects for the two moved URLs in netlify.toml.
