Phase 1 of 4 in the Commercial Organization handbook restructure. This phase lays the structural spine; function pages, supporting pages, and cross-link cleanup follow in Phases 2–4.

What this does

  • Rebrands the section title and left-nav group to "Commercial Organization". URLs stay under /handbook/sales/ (no folder rename).
  • Merges two overlapping overviews — the old "Sales department" index.md and the in-progress org/index.md — into a single section overview: purpose, the five functions, org structure, functional-alignment table, regional coverage, how-we-work links, and the sales tech stack.
  • Flattens the org/ folder to match handbook conventions (standalone pages are flat .md; subfolders are reserved for genuine multi-page clusters like security/, job-descriptions/):
    • org/account-executives/index.mdsales-team.md, retitled "Sales" (Account Executive framed as the role within the Sales function)
    • org/index.md removed (folded into the section overview)
  • Adds two 301 redirects in netlify.toml for the moved URLs (the handbook has no per-page redirect frontmatter).

Notes for reviewers

  • The tech stack table lives in index.md for now; it relocates to a dedicated tools.md in Phase 3.
  • Solution Engineering is intentionally unlinked in the overview (marked "page coming soon") — its page is created in Phase 2 — so this PR ships no broken internal links.
  • No other pages move; meetings/, processes/, engagements, pricing-decks, hubspot, legal, regions, commission-plan/, etc. stay in place and are linked from the new spine.

Phase 1 of the Commercial Organization restructure.

- Rebrand the section title and left-nav group to "Commercial Organization"
  (URLs stay under /handbook/sales/).
- Merge the old "Sales department" index and the in-progress org/index.md
into a single section overview: purpose, the five functions, org structure,
functional alignment, regional coverage, how-we-work, and tech stack.
- Flatten the org/ folder to match handbook conventions (standalone pages are
flat .md; subfolders are reserved for multi-page clusters):
  - org/account-executives/index.md -> sales-team.md (retitled "Sales")
  - remove org/index.md (folded into the section index)
- Add 301 redirects for the two moved URLs in netlify.toml.

Link to folder URLs (./processes/, ./meetings/, ./commission-plan/) instead
of ./…/index.md, which the CI link checker resolves to a bad /index path.
