Update the CS commission payout structure to make it more clear. Also left a second option in the comments/conversation to discuss and decide which one to update with. Need alignment from CEO and VP of Sales before moving forward

@ZJvandeWeg @MichaelBDavis here's an option 2:
- Net Retention Revenue (NRR): Measured against a 115% NRR goal. No commission is earned until 115% NRR is achieved.
- Once the 115% threshold is met, overachievement is paid out proportionally with no cap.
NRR below 115% results in no payout for this component.
Payout Formula:
- If NRR achieved is below 115%: Payout = $0
- If NRR achieved is 115% or above: (NRR Achieved - 115%) / (NRR Goal - 100%) x Bonus Target = Payout
Example: If your NRR goal is 115% and your bonus target is $10,000:
- 98% NRR achieved: $0 (below 115% threshold)
- 107.5% NRR achieved: $0 (below 115% threshold)
- 115% NRR achieved: $0 (threshold just met, overachievement begins above this point)
- 118% NRR achieved: (3/15) x $10,000 = $2,000
- 130% NRR achieved: (15/15) x $10,000 = $10,000
