[WAAP] Add domain from WAAP Domains page to onboarding guide

What changed

Updated the WAAP onboarding guide to document the new path for adding a domain directly from WAAP > Domains > Create Domain, without requiring users to navigate to CDN settings first. Also updated the manage domains article to remove the CDN-only framing for domain appearance. Jira: DOC-2189.
