API to compute the count for every lineage including sub-lineages

Now that RhyDB has implemented transitiveClosure in RhyOrg/RhyDB#1192, LAPIS can provide an endpoint that returns the count for every lineage including sub-lineages.

What's the syntax that we want to use?

One spontaeneous idea is to allow adding a * after the field name, e.g. ?fields=country,pangoLineage*.

This would be only for the aggregated endpont. We should check whether this can lead to strange combinations.

The result would be:

A.1*, 100 -> also counts A.1.1 etc.
A.1.1*, 40
A.2*, 30
