feat(doctor): surface Herdr task-summary sidebar setup - #2205
Conversation
Inside Herdr, /gentle:doctor now reports whether task-summary publishing is active and how to show it: the two sidebar rows, that the rows belong to the displaying client's config (including over SSH), and to reload Herdr. It is read-only and never changes Herdr config. Closes #2071.

Summary
/gentle:doctornow shows a read-only Herdr section: whether task-summary publishing is active (or why not: child session, no interactive TUI, socket path not a Unix socket), the two sidebar rows['$summary'], ['$summary2'], that rows belong to the config of the client that displays the session (including over SSH), and to reload or restart Herdr.docs/readme-reference.md.Changes
