This is slice 4/5 of the work previously gathered in #1787. It is independent of the Nix/ACP series.
Adds structural extractors and detection coverage for Nix and Pkl sources.
Validation:
tests/test_extract.pyandtests/test_detect.pyThis can be reviewed or merged independently of the stacked Nix slices.
