In the bench/heavy-npm-deps fixture, the manifest did not change and postcss.config.cjs runs Tailwind during builds, but this lockfile refresh changes Tailwind's resolved PostCSS peer from 8.5.3 to 8.4.31. Any heavy-npm-deps benchmark/build after this PR now measures a different CSS toolchain for reasons unrelated to the tar security bump, so benchmark results can shift; please regenerate the lockfile with only the intended tar update or keep this peer resolution unchanged.
