Hi.Events greatly simplifies ticket sales and on-site check-in, but currently does not offer a solution for managing sales during the event once check-in is complete. The organizer must manage the sale of products and services themselves using another system.
Describe the solution you'd like
To manage the sale of products and services during the festival, it would be great to have a cashless system managed directly by Hi.Events. For example, a virtual wallet that visitors could top up using their ticket ID or email address. Merchants could access this wallet by scanning the QR code on the visitor鈥檚 ticket through a menu similar to the check-in menu, and use the funds from the wallet to process sales of products and services. The fund could be topped up either by the visitor via Hi.Events or by the organizers or merchants via the Cashless menu.
