shefParser export command generates empty SHEF file when some aliases are empty

I am attempting to test shefParser export on a group of many time series, but only one alias id is present in the group. It appears to work but the test.SHEF file is empty.

Update to this issue - I'm able to generate a file, it was due to some errors in my alias. However, I'm still getting alias warnings related to time series that are not in the time series group.

The BEND time series exists in a Mainstem time series group, and the GAPT ThreeWeek time series exists in the ThreeWeek time series group under SHEF Export.
