Keep lint-staged within the supported Node range
This bump pulls in lint-staged@17.0.8, whose lockfile metadata requires Node >=22.22.1, but the package still advertises support for node >=22.0.0 in package.json. On any allowed Node 22 release before 22.22.1, the normal contributor workflow can reject or fail on this dev dependency (especially with engine-strict installs or when Husky invokes lint-staged), so either raise the project engine floor or keep lint-staged on a version compatible with the declared range.
