As we noticed when adding the example in #30, while the split-patch tool works as designed, constructing new patch files, creating Diff instances with a and b file paths will lead to those paths being ignored. There is redundancy with lines that are probably the ones which are printed. Clean this up (may require adding fields to store the other parsed state in those lines).
