JSONSchema is registered at 1.5.0, but master already declares 1.6.0 and downstream packages (Agentif, LLMProviders) need its type-driven schema generation (see also #78). This adds the missing Downloads compat bound so 1.6.0 can be registered from master.

Suggested release notes for the registration comment:

  • Generate JSON Schema from Julia types with schema, including field metadata, defaults, and nested definitions.
  • Validate integer-valued floating-point inputs, AbstractString strings, and AbstractVector arrays the same way as their concrete equivalents.
  • Resolve JSON pointers and array indices strictly; validate JSON nulls, booleans, references, and array equality consistently.
  • Fewer temporary allocations during object and array validation.

This PR does not register or tag the release.

Validation: the full package suite passed on Julia 1.13.1 with current registered dependencies.

The repository has no changelog; release notes belong in the
registration comment and the GitHub release. Keep the Downloads compat
bound.
