Makes test/ and docs/ members of a workspace. With this, Dependabot derives their stdlib compat entries from the package's julia = "1.10" compat. It stops proposing entries such as Random = "< 0.0.1, 1" (#127).

  • Adds [workspace] to Project.toml and a [sources] entry for LogExpFunctions to test/Project.toml, as in the Pkg docs.
  • Adds Random = "1" and Test = "1" compat entries to test/Project.toml, which supersedes Bump the all-julia-packages group across 1 directory with 2 updates #127.
  • Dependabot finds the workspace members from /, so /docs and /test are removed from its config. test/ad stays a separate environment and gets a julia = "1.10" compat entry.
  • Ignores all manifest file names Pkg can create.

Making test/ and docs/ members of a workspace lets Dependabot derive their
stdlib compat entries from the package's `julia = "1.10"` compat, so it no
longer proposes entries such as `Random = "< 0.0.1, 1"`. The workspace members
are discovered from "/", so they no longer need to be listed in the Dependabot
config. test/ad stays a separate environment and gets its own `julia` compat
entry for the same reason.
