n00files withOBSTYPE=SUB_EXPcurrently run the full science pipeline. Stop their reduction afterFlatDividerand skipThousandsTest, removing:Add per-obstype stage exclusions, regression coverage for stage selection, and updated Smartstack documentation.
Cosmic-ray rejection now relies on the existing stacking algorithm, which does not reject outliers from one- or two-member stacks.
