Hi, I'm Durgesh Kumar Tiwari, founder of Substring Technologies and the creator of Learn Code With Durgesh.
I am an educator, developer, trainer, entrepreneur, freelancer, and lifelong learner. I have spent years working with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, DevOps, Cloud, AI, React, and modern backend systems.
Over the years, I have taught 10+ lakh learners globally through online and offline education and created thousands of videos and learning sessions.
My aim is to teach technology and make it simpler.
Technology can often look complicated because of the way it is explained. I believe that with the right examples, practical projects, and a step-by-step approach, even complex concepts can become easy to understand.
That's why my teaching philosophy is:
Don't just learn syntax — understand the concept, write the code, and build something real.
In 2021, I made an important decision in my career.
I had opportunities to join product-based companies, including Microsoft, but I decided not to pursue those offers.
Instead, I chose to focus on something I deeply enjoyed — teaching technology and helping other developers grow.
That decision eventually led me to build Learn Code With Durgesh and Substring Technologies.
For me, success isn't only about which company you work for.
Success is also about the impact you create.
Today, my goal is to help more developers understand technology, build real-world skills, and become confident software engineers.
