* Update header fixer for old RIMAS exptime issues Older RIMAS files did not properly compute `EXPTIMEE` (effective exposure time), and had less-than-helpful comments for some keywords. This change fixes the `EXPTIMEE` computation and the comments when the ``fix_ldt_header`` tool is invoked with the ``--rimas_exp`` argument. * Make `dfocus` robust against stale COLLFOC hdr vals Use the ColFoc values in the focus log as the source of truth for collimator focus values -- but emit a warning if the FITS headers don't match. This gets around issues of stale FITS header values caused by upstream dictionary problems.
