No way to disable writing of `fernflower_abstract_parameter_names.txt` when using remapping transformer

I don't see a way to disable creation of this file which I don't have a use for. I can work on a PR for this, just not sure how the maintainers want it done.

i believe ff param names is obsoleted by the bytecode attributes added for the -parameters option in java 8 anyways. we should do more research to confirm this -- and if so, add some sort of option to the remapper for ff file | parameters attribute | nothing
