version 0.1.3 is not on npm (did this ever publish to npm ?, is this a dead repo?)

Is this officially a dead repo, there are so many clones on npm.

https://www.npmjs.com/package/rison, this package goes somewhere else.

Which tells me rison package name doesn't even belong to this repo even though package.json has the name rison.
