Adds default flake package.
Allows developers to build using
nix buildBuilt with further packages under cmd/ in mind - simply add the new package in
packages = ...;Central version definition - on build it is injected into the variables in core. For further use with eg. debug or help commands.
Vendor hash is derived from go.mod/go.sum, so unless a cmd/... package needs a special import, it'll be the same for all packages derived from this repo.
