Add pt-BR translation for ASVS 5.0

Description (Descrição):

This PR adds the full pt-BR (Brazilian Portuguese) translation for the ASVS version 5.0.0.

- Copied `5.0/en` structure to `5.0/pt`
- Translated all `.md` files maintaining the original formatting, tags, and structure.
- Translated the frontmatter of `0x00-Header.yaml` (title, subtitle, date).

Resolves #3182
