Build with Maven 3.10 using mild resolver validation - #936

Maven 3.10 ships Resolver 2.x whose default validation rejects path components in artifact coordinates. Tycho maps embedded bundle jars to system scoped dependencies with classifiers containing paths, which fails with "Invalid Collect Request". Set maven.resolver.validation=MILD so only uninterpolated placeholders are checked, and switch CI to the Maven 3.10 image. Assisted-by: Anthropic Claude Code (claude-opus-5-5)
