Summary

Sync openrouter-stt/SKILL.md with the public STT guide changes merged in openrouter-web#40070 (guide), openrouter-web#39845 (MAI-Transcribe-2 diarization + word timestamps via verbose_json), and openrouter-web#44195 (optional confidence scores).

• Parameters table: add response_format (json | verbose_json) and timestamp_granularities (["segment"]/["word"]); note that routing preferences (order, only, ignore) are not applied to transcription requests.
• New "Verbose transcripts" section: response fields (language, duration, segments, words, task), the Azure diarization example for microsoft/mai-transcribe-2 with speaker labels, and the models/providers that reject verbose_json with a 400.
• confidence (0 to 1) is optional on each words[] entry and at the top level of a verbose_json response, present only when the provider scores its output (currently AssemblyAI).
• Provider options: how to find the provider slug (tag field from the model endpoints API), that normalized params stay top-level, and that providers differ in allowlist-and-drop vs forward-as-is handling of unsupported options.

Content mirrors the source guide (projects/docs/guides/overview/multimodal/stt.mdx) and STTWordSchema/STTResponseSchema; static review only, no live API calls. Supersedes the older, now-inaccurate #75, which states verbose_json is OpenAI-compatible-only.
