Images are not rendered directly when updated

If you upload an image for first time, you have it available simply using ng-src. This is not the case when you reupload an image. It was fine some time ago, so I think it is because of an upgrade of SwellRT.

@pablojan, @llopv is saying a swellrt upgrade might have broken attachments somehow. Is it possible or you have not touch there recently?
