MySQL 9.7 joins 8.0 and 8.4 in the ps-operator matrix, with its own router and xtrabackup images selected through the dep rules. The 8.4 dep gates are capped at "< 9" so a 9.7 database no longer falls through to the 8.4 router and backup. 9.7 enters as available, which keeps a bare "recommended" request on 8.4 while "latest" moves to 9.7. That alone made 9.7-recommended fail, because psFilter only ever considers versions flagged recommended: a branch offered before any of its versions is promoted had no candidate left. Also refreshes the images that moved since 1.2.0: Percona Server and MySQL Router 8.4.11-11.1, XtraBackup 8.4.0-7.1, orchestrator 3.2.6-24, HAProxy 2.8.26-1, PMM client 3.9.1 and binlog server 0.4.1. The operator image hash is left as TBD until 1.3.0 is published.
