feat(models): add GPT-6 Sol and Luna API pricing

Summary

Add official API pricing for GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna so their usage no longer falls back to an unknown-model cost of zero.

Changes

• Register standard short- and long-context input, output, cache-read, and cache-write rates for both models from the OpenAI pricing page.
• Add Fast (Priority), Flex, and Batch rates using the existing service-tier representation. Prompts above 272K input tokens use the long-context rates for the whole request.
• Add model aliases and a cost test covering both context brackets and all four service tiers.
