Pin the v1.0.0 OpenAPI spec URL, note the pyhoglake client, and record the exclude-newer carve-out needed when the dependency lands.
v1.0.0 predates the guarded DML, replacement, upload-claim and metadata contracts that the sink will meet; v1.2.0 is what dev and prod run.

Adds a short hoglake Wire Contract section to AGENT.md ahead of the millpond→hoglake integration:
