docs(prompt-management): document unlabeled batch fetch

Changes

The Python and JavaScript SDKs now support batch-fetching prompts without a label (PostHog/posthog-python#966, PostHog/posthog-js#5000). Updates the prompt management page to match:

• Renames "Fetching all prompts at a label" to "Fetching all prompts in one request" and adds the unlabeled examples for both languages.
• States what an unlabeled batch fetch returns: every prompt at its latest version, including prompts never released through a label.
• Updates the bulk warm-up caching bullet and the old-server compatibility note.

No visual changes, text only.
