機関ストレージクオータ初期値設定機能の改修

Purpose

Added a new E2E test suite to verify the initial quota assigned to a newly logged-in user under an institution, for both NII Storage (the system default is applied; any admin-configured uniform quota is intentionally ignored) and Amazon S3 (Institutions) (the admin-configured uniform quota is applied).

New Files

• テスト手順-機関ストレージのクォータ-再ログイン_NII.ipynb (43 cells)

  • New test notebook covering:
    • Quota test user logs in for the first time; admin confirms the new user's NII Storage quota matches the system default (100 GB) via both 「NIIストレージのクォータ」 and 「ユーザ詳細」
    • Safety pre-checks against a production-like URL and against the wrong user, then GDPR-deletes the test user

• テスト手順-機関ストレージのクォータ-再ログイン_Institutions.ipynb (71 cells)

  • New test notebook covering:
    • Admin switches the target institution to Amazon S3 and sets a non-default 「クォータ一律設定 (GB)」
    • Quota test user logs in for the first time; admin confirms the new user's quota matches the configured value via both the institution's quota list and 「ユーザ詳細」
    • Same safety pre-checks, then GDPR-deletes the test user
    • Cleanup: restores the quota to the system default and switches the institution back to NII Storage

• 取りまとめ-機関ストレージのクォータ.ipynb (11 cells)

  • New aggregator notebook that runs the NII and Institutions test notebooks above in sequence

Updated Files

• scripts/grdm.py

  • Changes:
    • Added assert_not_production_url() to guard destructive GDPR-delete tests against running on a production-like environment
    • Added assert_user_detail_matches() to guard against deleting the wrong user

• 結合試験-実行.ipynb

  • Changes:
    • Added quota-test-user and admin-side parameters (target institution, default quota, forbidden URL patterns, email search)
    • Added a new cell that runs 取りまとめ-機関ストレージのクォータ.ipynb last, since it temporarily changes institution storage settings and performs a GDPR delete

Note

This test suite cannot run as an automated test on GitHub Actions: since that environment uses FakeCAS, logging in with a new user not yet registered in the DB fails authentication, aborting the test at the login step.
