   `make bindeb-pkg` doesn't include a way to sign the kernel, e.g. for secure boot. `scripts/package/builddeb` in the kernel source tree suggests to utilise /etc/kernel hooks to solve this, here's an example that follows the suggestion:

   1link-config links the newly installed kernel config to `/lib/modules/<version>/build/.config` which is utilised by dkms to determine whether it should sign external modules.
