fsb_impl! implements AlgorithmName for each core type, but the implementation references $full_state even though the macro no longer accepts that parameter.

Restore the public hasher name as a macro argument and pass it for each FSB variant. This preserves names such as Fsb160 instead of reporting the internal core type name.

Huh, it's pretty surprising that stringify!($full_state) works despite $full_state not being present.

Thank you for the fix!
