What this PR does and why it is needed
Currently, both core and gen package suffer from having duplicate ways of authentication. The task at hand is to reuse the same authentication logic for core in gen package, aligning both packages closer in terms of setup. Furthermore, package documentation needs to be updated to include AICORE_SERVICE_KEY.
