- Add persistent archive timestamps with database migration and storage synchronization.
- Provide archive, restore, clear, and delete controls in thread settings and the sidebar.
- Extend MCP and remote thread commands with archive state and conflict handling.
- Update shared contracts, localized messages, protocol versioning, and coverage tests.
