The change: Track all v5 module changes and integrate them into Output. CIT and the automated module interfaces should help.

• Changes from QQ, neoBAM, MOMMA, Priors, Input (dx_area), Offline, MOI, SAD, ManningNet
• Upstream: all modules

Output

• Reflects the changes from every module

Dependency

• Depends on the CIT / automated module-interface work being complete — if it is not, Output becomes a manual 9-module integration (QQ, neoBAM, MOMMA, Priors, Input, Offline, MOI, SAD, ManningNet)

Tasks

• As each developer works through their changes, add them to the output tracking sheet
• Scope the required changes — this depends on the CIT / automated module-interface work being complete
• Implement the changes (QQ, neoBAM, MOMMA, Priors, Input dx_area, Offline, MOI, SAD, ManningNet)
• Complete an offline run to test changes and evaluate results
