Restore source teardrops on LM5155EVM-FLY

Summary

• pin @tscircuit/core 0.0.2009, which includes post-routing teardrop support from Add post-routing teardrops and saved path width interpolation tscircuit/core#4162
• read TEARDROP=TRUE copper regions from the checksum-pinned TI Altium source and map them to exact pad endpoints and via-bearing nets
• apply teardrops only to source-marked LM5155EVM-FLY connections; the other EVMs remain unchanged
• regenerate all four LM5155 prebuilt variants plus PCB and 3D detail assets
• add source-count, Circuit JSON taper, PCB SVG, and schematic SVG regression coverage
