This repository provides 3D Slicer modules for SimVascular developed by Marsden lab members and associates.
- Virtual Stent (SDFStent): Expand vessel to simulate stent deployment using SDFStent algorithm (provided by svMorph Python package).
- Paint Model (PaintModel): Interactively paint, group, and export face regions on surface models, with a face-grouping workflow inspired by Autodesk Meshmixer.
- Face Aware Remesh (FaceAwareRemesh): Remesh a surface model to a uniform edge length while keeping its
ModelFaceIDface labels, the seams between them, and the corners where they meet. - SimVascular Mesh Prep (SimVascularMeshPrep): Name the faces of a volume mesh and write the mesh-complete folder an svMultiPhysics case reads.
This repository is under LICENSE.txt. One module carries ported third-party code under its own licence; see THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt.
